• Will the item I get look like the one in the photos?
  
  Artisan's Choice products are each unique in colors patterns. If your item is from the Minimalist, Geometric, or Silver collection then it will be similar to the item displayed in the images.
  
  
• Are your bags durable?
  
  You’re kidding, right? The material we make our bags from lasts 1000 years in the ocean. Our artisan moms are masters in creating a super strong, double layer weave which stands strong when days are long.
  
  
• Do you have a warranty?
  
  Absolutely. We thoroughly stress test our products and provide a 24-month warranty for the weave. Read the details in our FAQ.
  
  
• Can I return or exchange my purchase?
  
  Of course, and we make it really easy. You can either return or exchange your bag with no questions asked within 30 days of receiving your purchase. We also don’t charge any silly restocking or processing fees. Just follow the instructions in Returns.
  
  
• I am getting this bag as a gift. Can you include a note from me to the recipient?
  
  We’d be happy to and we’ve got great handwriting. Select "Add to Cart" and you can write it under “Special Instructions for Seller”.

• How do I return a purchase?
  
  If you'd like to return your purchase, simply send an email to support@mothererth.com with your order number and request. We will send you a prepaid return label for an easy return. Only shipping cost will be deducted from your refund unless you are making an exchange.
